AIOps

AIOps platforms are software systems that combine big data and AI or machine learning functionality to enhance and partially replace a broad range of IT operations processes and tasks. Some of these tasks include availability and performance monitoring, event correlation and analysis, IT service management, and automation. Our team aims to embrace some of the available AI tools and apply it to enhance the operational domain. While we are doing this, we hope to extend the collaboration into an open domain – bringing users, developers and operators closer together through our Operate First initiative.
